The last member of the legendary Cat Patrol, Twyla Light. A former member of the French Gendarmerie nationale, Twyla was volunteered - peer pressured into joining the squad. When they were disbanded after just her first injection of the serum, she assumed that her only changes were a new appreciation for fish dishes and naturally long fingernails. Twyla never suspected she had a catgirl in her family tree, until that fateful day when a terrorist attack triggered an adrenalin spike that interacted with both her DNA and the serum causing her transformation into the patrols final member.

It also answered the question of why her great grandmother was known as Tiger during her time with the French Resistance.
