Description So yeah, this has been the year of Mega Man for me. Thanks for making me a nerd again, Smash Bros. (Not that it's really hard to do anyway.)

Main reason I did this picture is for an upcoming blog post on The Mega Man Network that I'm gonna be doing sometime in the coming month. Another reason, I really want to practice on action shots.

I'm really proud of how Metal Man and Shadow Man came out. I still feel bad that I couldn't come up with something too dynamic for Magnet Man, but I'm happy enough for the entire shot.

Speaking of Mega Man pictures, the MM6 Robot Master group pic should be done soon. Most of those robots know how to make me tear my hair out, good lord.

So much action! It feels exciting the way a battle should be! Loving all of the dynamic poses each character has, like they're right in the heat of battle. It kind of reminds me of Boss Battles in Super Smash Bros. Brawl, the same kind of intense moment. （・ω・）

Thanks, Hikari! I really did my darndest to make sure I capture the intensity of being outnumbered while also showing the turnabout victory, so I'm glad that I got the intensity across!

Ooh, yes, the Boss Battles mode was pretty intense. Especially when having it at the highest difficulty and playing as Link. (Which I managed to do! )

Well I'd say you definitely captured the action you were going for! There's a sense of being almost overwhelmed but not quite. All the visible Robot Masters have a good energy to them and don't feel stiff. Excellent work *hugs*

Thank you, Gemma! I'm really happy that I managed to make the motions/poses work well for the scene rather than making it look like a cutout!

Sometimes heroes work well under pressure, haha!

Awesome man... and in a way... quite accurate... In fact... the way I notice it... When the bosses are ganging up on Megaman, he manages to take a variety of abilities, and as such, out manuever the group... so, their best option is what they do in game... widdle him down with traps, obstacles, and cannon fodder, and then take him on one on one... I always had difficulty getting through that first boss... but once I got rolling (no pun intended), I steam rolled... again, awesome action...

Thanks, Sam! Yeah, it's definitely the first robot that's always the roughest to get through, hence why it's best to go with the least threatening robot master first. (Or do like me and take out the one that will take care of the ones with the best power-ups early without having to wait 6 robot masters down the road. )

I think those ROM Hacks where you fight more than one boss at a time frighten me, because there's SOOOO much to dodge, and you only have so much weapon energy to take them all out. Not to say they're impossible, just frightening.

Thanks! Glad to hear you enjoyed it, even if you haven't played the games! I definitely recommend trying them out on the Virtual console on the 3DS (or the Wii-U if they're there.)

Oh! The red-armoured guy in the top-left corner? That's Metal Man.  The Robot Masters in this pic are from Mega Man 2 and 3, two of the most-adored games in the classic series. (Although personally I enjoyed Mega Man 4 the most.)
