it would be nice if made for classic nautilus too. Elementary-nautilus is unstable it crashes everytime you remove a device or something...

where in the downloaded .tar package can i find the graphics for the titlebar? And if it's not in the package could you make me a .png file of it(non-transparent) ?

What do you mean by titlebar? Do you mean window decorations? Or do you mean the Dock/Panel? If you want the window decorations, they are called "Metacity" and are in that folder of the themes. All the window button images are in there.
I'm not sure specifically what you want?? I think you misunderstand how GTK themes are built; rather than use images, GTKrc code is used to instruct the widget engine how to draw widgets (Buttons, Comboboxes etc.). So any png I make will be just taking a screenshot and cropping, which you can do from the screenshot here (Save a copy of it and open it in photoshop, gimp or whatever). Theres nothing I can really give you that you cant get already here.

Almost there, how do you get the floating bar to appear over the info icons on the right?

Oh yeah... to actually get the info icons in the dock, you need to use the AWN indicator applet and AWN notification applet. [AWN > Dock Preferences > Applets]
Then right click on the indicator applet on the AWN dock and choose "Preferences" [NOT Dock Preferences]
Enable Icon Applet mode and set Number of Rows to 1.
Right click the status area icons [in the blank space on the dock just above them], a preferences window should pop-up with which you can tweak how the status icons appear.
To get rid of gnome-panel completely, download Ubuntu Tweak, in Ubuntu Tweak click Session Control. Change the entry for panel [it should be gnome-panel] to "avant-window-navigator" and hit apply and logout / log back in. HOWEVER, you wont be able to use the run dialog if you disable gnome-panel. So if you still want the run dialog, you are better off just setting the gnome-panel to autohide. Or you can use Gmrun (google is your friend) and set a keybinding in Compiz to launch it.

i love this and would like to adapt it to windows if you are willing to share image resources? png/bmp files?

Its all pretty much GTKrc code except the scrollbars and window buttons and icons. Any png/bmp used would be in the zip file somewhere. The icons are Faenza.

And I was searching for so long for a sleek gtk theme that does dark toolbars like dust. Love.
