What kind of hat is that called? It's like the ones you see in movies from the English, from post industrial revolution. And in the US: a guy selling newspapers, or eating a hotdog at a Yankee's game.

I love them so much, I usually buy two packs of them at a time. Of course, I do the same with 6B pencils and Kneaded erasers. I like to have a stash of them, so I can't possibly run out. I broke out a new eraser last night, after the kitten stole my other one, so I'm down to only one unopened one (they last months), one untouched 6B, one pack of untouched paper blending tools and one untouched full pad of paper (though I'm just 4 pages into the one I'm currently using). I feel like a hoarder of art supplies, hehe. Seriously, my drawing kit just keeps getting bigger and bigger.
But yeah, you should try some of the paper blender thingies (everyone calls them something different). They are super handy.

I know, I had to be careful not to think about it too much, or I would start crying while drawing it. I almost pulled the books out to start rereading after I was done too. I'll have to do that soon anyways, because I need more inspiration. I want to try drawing some more of the characters in my new style. Starting with Raikou I think.

Yes, this character is from that Manga. There's also an Anime, though the Manga is better. It's good, funny, rather entertaining, then very, very sad.

Most of it is rather comedic, but yes, there is a very sad part to it. The Anime kinda ends with it, but the Manga continues after that.

Me too! I'm a huge sap. But I love stories I can count on to give me a good cry. My favorite books series The Last Herald Mage series, makes me cry like a baby every time, and I've been reading that series for 20+ years at this point. I love books that make you so involved with the characters that you grieve over them, and with them. To me, that means they've really touched my heart.
