1-Maybe Kadabra evolves from an Abra who used to be a Human. 2- There are some people who look like girls, but are boys (Ranmaru from PokΓ©mon Conquest/Ash's Ashley disguise from the PokΓ©mon Anime) and there are also girls who look like boys (Yellow when her ponytail is hidden from PokΓ©mon Special/Adventures)
