A heartbreaking work. Always was fascinated with the fate of these brave, doomed countrymen. From an artistic perspective it is outstanding!

I don't understand how I did not notice this before.
This looks just amazing! A wonderful project, for which I can only applaud you!
Polar exploration has always been on my mind, and I couldn't have asked for anything better!
Thanks again!

Heartbreaking to know that none of them returned home... may these brave men rest in peace, they were willing to go to the ends of the earth to find the Northwest Passage...

Hello - I am a huge fan of your work! I have been obsessed with Franklin expedition lore as well since I was a little girl - I am a different sort of artist - composer/pianist - and I've just published a video that I would like to share with like-minded history fans. www.youtube.com/watch?v=MmxREB… Thank you for your art - I'm looking forward to the trilogy!

This is absolutely gorgeous. I'm a historical reenactor, actually putting together a group of mid 1800's living historians to create a reenactment of the Franklin Expedition. The clothing depictions here seem very accurate and I'm incredibly impressed. Not just from an art standpoint, but a historian's as well. When your book comes out, if you wouldn't mind pointing me ion the right direction for ordering one. Thank you!

Good luck with the trilogy. It will probably be something of a downer, as everyone on that expedition did die in the end.
Hopefully they'll find the "Terror" now that they found the "Erebus".

really good!! I love the colors and how you "play" with it. This piece has a certain stillness, but at trhe same time the figure leaning to the boat seems just to sigh and will move on now Oo I kind of see the freezy winds and snowflakes whirling softly

Fantastic. The Franklin Expedition has haunted me since I was a child, and a graphic novel about it would be quite exciting

Wow! This is so cool! I was really excited to hear about the discovery of the Franklin expedition too. A few years ago I tried to draw some fanart of the book "The Terror" but gave up because I couldn't quite capture the emotion that I wanted to.
Will your graphic novel be available in English?

Nice! I like the triangular composition. You captured the drama and the despair of the story very well.
