- Ultimate Alternate : Choose your favorite genre of AU and insert your gemsona(s)!
I switched a lot of the roles on impulse, so some of it might seem kind of random haha. Also if any of you are wondering, Rose Quartz and Bismuth's roles are switched in this AU (I think haha).
So basically Blue Diamond was shattered instead of Pink Diamond, and White Diamond and Pink Diamond are more heavily featured.
Currently Switched Roles:
- Pearl = Yellow Pearl: White Diamond's no-nonsense servant
- Sapphire = Aquamarine: a high-ranking Gem known for being rather cruel in her ways
- Ruby = Topaz: seemingly no-nonsense, but actually enjoys being fused with others (other Rubies... maybe Sapphire eventually?)
- Amethyst = Jasper: cruel and a bully, Amethyst's main goal is just to get stronger and defeat her enemies
- Yellow Pearl = Pearl: while uptight, Yellow Pearl is learning to have more fun. She's the one who had a crush on the first Crystal Gem (Rose Quartz or Bismuth)
- Aquamarine = Sapphire: a kind and calm, but almost emotionless Gem - she doesn't mean to come off as uncaring
- Topaz = Ruby: a happy and loving fusion made up of either both Topazes or Aquamarine and Topaz?
- Jasper = Amethyst: small and runty, Jasper is vrey casual and cheerful, enjoying having fun. She has trouble with her size and origins though, and hopes to get stronger
- Blue Pearl = Lapis: trapped inside a mirror, Blue Pearl was later freed by Steven and after going through a lot with Homeworld, she's become a blunt, quiet, uncaring Gem
- Lapis = Blue Pearl: a quiet and loyal member of Homeworld
- Peridot = Yellow Zircon: smug and cocky, Peridot works loyally for Yellow Diamond
- Yellow Zircon = Peridot: originally a no-nonsense worker, Zircon has become a rather odd, fun Gem living on Earth
- Blue Zircon = Rutile Twins: Blue Zircon is an off-coloured Gem hiding away on Homeworld, trying to protect fellow off-coloured Gems
- Rutile = Blue Zircon: an antsy and hard-working Gem on Homeworld, working for Blue Diamond
- Padparascha = Holly Blue Agate: a cruel and high-ranking Gem on Homewolrd, often watching over Gems' work beneath her. She now supervises Blue Diamond's human zoo because Pink Diamond took over
- Holly Blue Agate = Padparascha: small and runty, this Agate is an off-coloured and defective Gem on Homeworld
- Jade = Nephrite: when Nephrite abandoned the Gem War, Jade felt betrayed and became an even more hardworking and loyal member of Homeworld to make up for his adopted "brother"'s sins
- Nephrite = Jade: after the Gem War, Nephrite saw all the horrors of battle and abandoned Homeworld, getting stuck on Earth. He now works as a Crystal Gem rebel
- Steven = well, Steven: he might be slightly different from his canon counterpart in personality, but overall he's still the same bubbly boy we know. Maybe just a little less kind and willing to take action (if Bismuth is his mother in this AU), but still mostly kind and caring

first you say Blue Diamond's dead, then you say Lapis works for her... does she work for a ghost? wouldn't she be working for Pink Diamond?

I meant that she worked for Blue Diamond. I'm still not entirely sure about the set-up, since most of these roles were reversed on a whim, but I'm thinking she was reassigned to Pink Diamond and she can maybe go through Jasper's arc. I'm still not sure about it since Amethyst is supposed to be Jasper in this AU and well...
