Vaeri is a kind and generous soul that will do anything to help someone in need; all of her free time goes toward helping refugees and victims of crisis. A wonderful daughter she cares much about her father and despite the history with her mother is very curious. Although she's fair and charitable towards most, she can be a little fowl mouthed around more arrogant types of people. Caring for other people is her greatest weakness, she'd be willing to put her life on the line for someone that needs help, especially family or a loved one. Her impatience can become overbearing sometimes, if she wants to do something she doesn't like to wait. Vaeri wants nothing but peace between nations but until then all she can do is lend a helping hand.

Vaeri was born in Linhythe but was brought to Amedra after a run in with a hitman that had herself and her father as targets. For the most part she grew up in Amedra, attending school, and other activities but what was always most important to her was being there for her ill father. She grew up quickly, helping her father with his flower shop. She was subject to much discrimination due to her race but always brushed it off her shoulder, even at a young age she understood the tension between the two countries having read about it through all the reading and schoolwork she did. She always knew that being happy was the best thing she could do for herself and for other half-elves in a similar situation.

She was just a young pre-teen when her father decided it was best to move to Cantor where it was much more suited for his lifestyle of a florist. Vaeri was hesitant, knowing their stance on what they thought of half-elves like her but ended up going along anyway. She would bundle up her long hair in Tusan attire in an attempt to hide her ethnicity, and for the most part it happened to work. Her father and herself gained a good reputation through their flower shop.

By the time Vaeri turned 20 she knew that she wanted to devote her life to helping people. She joined up with a group of comrades she grew up with in Cantor and started to travel to areas affected by war and natural disasters to provide food, clothing and protection. Although she's mostly away from Cantor, and the Kingdom in general she still manages to find time to spend with her father in his flower shop.

She ended up finding her long lost brother, Thallan, when going to Linhythe after the city was destroyed. She knew she had a twin brother but assumed he was dead, her father thinking the same as well. The both of them side by side are almost difficult to distinguish. Although their personalities clashed, he is her flesh and blood and will always open her arms to her. The both of them parted ways, Vaeri not wanting anything to do with her brother's path as a mercenary.
