I like that but I think New Cameroon should be part of french equatorial africa. And I dont think France would give Tunisia to Italy in 1915.

Thailand could be an option as an alternate history Italian colony as well since it was never colonized. It would be Italy's share of South Asia with Britain having India and Burma and France having Indochina.

During the Italo Turkish war. Crete was originally part of the Italian Irredentism (As part of Venice) and they could have easily landed there

The plans to occupy Yemen are later (1926), they failed because Mussolini didn't want Great Britain as an enemy.
We have also tried to occupy Georgia, Angola, Chad, Togo, Sudan and New Guinea. Our colonialism was a disaster.

Tunisia was gained in exchange for joining WW1. I tought they could have won the competition against France, but I don't think that would be possible.
About the other colonies, I had no idea about Georgia and I knew about the rest, but Italy couldn't have all of them, so I left Italy with Camerun
