Okay so the guy undressing is Kaidan Alenko from Mass Effect, and the creepy pervert at the door is male Shepard.
Poor Kaidan. He has no idea that Shepard has invited himself to peep at him. Oh you commander, you're such a perv~
Though they probably don't have doors like that anymore. Since everything is automated. I can totally see Shepard getting stuck on a manually openable door, 'cause he doesn't know how to open it.
I'm still bitter about that BioWare decided to leave maleShep/Alenko romance option out of the game. DAMN YOU BIOWARE!

"Hidden dialogue shows Kaidan at some point was intended to be a romance option for a male Shepard, but this option was removed in the final version. It is possible for a male Shepard to have a romance with Kaidan through the use of save edits although some of the dialogue options are missing."
I have also read it randomly in many places. :3
