Description a close up of the Luna Moth wing patterns.
her body is very furry and the colored circles
have yellow, cyan, black and fuschia,
they look as if they were embroidered there.
her top wing arch
is like a purple twig.

Another beautiful shot. I love these moths. in some places in the summertime they are considered a nusience (sp) because there are so many of them. I wish i could remember where that was, it would be so neat to see a swarm of them! You and I must live in the greatest place for bugs!

Awesome close-up. Even the wings look furry. I know they've got hair all over their body, but I've never seen such furry wings. Wonderful detail on the pattern and antennae.
You're obviously the moth queen...I've never seen anyone take so many great moth pics.
Luna moths are "infesting" my devwatch...yours and ewm's.
