The gloved hand is drawn very nicely and it is obviously the first thing you notice. I also loved how you drew and shaded the suits and the clean crisp line art of it. I like the the color combination of this drawing and think it is very stylish and totally go with your butler theme. The lighting also looks fine to me.
I have done some anime and manga arts myself and I also know that they are very popular but I have always been confused in it. I didn't know how many details to add and how to shade and how to make it realistic since I like realistic art so I just left it. Some anime art is shaded very simple and cartoon like and some is shaded and drawn very realistic so it is important to keep that differentiation in your mind.
All in all lovely art and keep up your good work!

You have a great understand of perspective. Did you do all this on your own or did you have something to judge the angels? I personally use a Figure to get my base pose drawn out and go from there is why I am asking.

I used some references to get this result. I used to use a figure for drawing traditional art, it indeed is a good reference for poses!

Take a look at the Figma Skin figures they have no feature to them and they are pretty cheap.

Your getting better, the detail on the hand is most impressive (I ENVY YOUR HANDS), the expression is top notch but the only problem I can see is while I get you are trying to show him at an angle, it kind of looks like he does not have an arm
