Description Description:
Rah'dhyel is an outer goddess, born from the leftover residue of divine creation. Formed throughout eons in the void outside of Alastair's light, Rah'dhyel writhed alongside her malformed brethren, coveting the essence of creation; longing to savor the taste of life.
Physically her size varies, ranging wildly between a minimum of 500' (The common stature of most demigoddesses) and the colossal height of two miles. Her skin is reminiscent of most cephalopods, feeling slightly squishy but also quite strong and muscley. Four tentacles which function as conductors of varying size adorn her face in a manner similar to a beard, concealing a mouth that bears six beak-like teeth that easily tear her prey. She bears three eyes, with the third being a highly evolved psychic well, allowing the use of telekinetic abilities. On the back of her head flows an ethereal, iridescent organ that produces immense amounts of electricity similar to Eyr's chest horn. This electricity must be vented much like her earthly counterpart, leading to highly destructive bursts of electricity into the atmosphere of LV-477. Her body has evolved over time to resemble most humanoid species, though remnants of her former more misshapen form still remain, such as her head and wings.

History with Aether:
Rah'dhyel was among the malformed enemies of Aether during the Battle of the Gods, and fought on the Titan Hyperion's side against creation. Together they wished to devour creation and their gods, thus Rah'dhyel became one of the more exceptional outer gods that decimated the ranks of the valkyries in their assault of the realm of the Gods. It was there that she came face to face with a god that would later become her consort, the starborne knight of Eth'quelar, Ophiuccus. He who charted the firmament and formed constellations alongside Amber Dawn; the brother of Orion, God of the hunt; and Orpheus, the first Knight. Ophiuccus clashed with Rah'dhyel as Orpheus clashed with Asteroth, and Orion clashed with Yod'aagnog; in a battle that shook the very heavens.
Thus the infinitely smaller Ophiuccus proved to be an unsurmountable challenge for the young Rah'dhyel, as she was forced to battle the equivalent of an insect, which struck her with the cosmic force of a starborne explosion. Streams of lightning poured out of her mouth and asteroids were hurled at him like mere rocks. She swung her colossal limbs at him, striking him down multiple times, yet he prevailed. In the end, Ophiuccus subdued Rah'dyel with a stream of starlight on the surface of barren moon. He raised his halberd while standing upon her emerald eye, but was unable to deliver the killing blow. As the Valkyrie Seraphine slayed the Titan Hyperion and brought an end to the war, Ophiuccus chose to spare Rah'dhyel, and offered her a place among the stars.
He placed his hand upon her fingertip, and took her to the surface of LV-477, the planet known as Prithium. There he delivered a promise, to ensure that none of his brethren would ever cause her harm. From that moment on Rah'dyel came to understand that her hunger for creation was misplaced, that she didn't need to crave the destruction of anything. She spent ages on that planet, watching as civilizations rose and fell, awaiting the return of Ophiuccus, who often snuck out of Aether to visit her and keep her company. By his side she found happyness, in time adopting a form that was more pleasing to his eyes. He covered her with holy raiment and made her his wife, showering her with his love and causing Rah'dhyel to become a kind goddess to the sentient life on LV-477.

After the Siege of Prithium:
The Voriumite invasion of LV-477 saw Rah'dhyel retreat into the sea on account of the desolation brought by the voriumite weapons of mass destruction. Driven to the depths of the blighted sea, her skin became tainted by the intense radiation that tainted the waters, causing her to lose her former cyan coloration and adopt a more greenish tint. Refusing to bring harm on the voriumites on account of accidentally destroying the other races that they had enslaved, Rah'dhyel remains in the depths of the ocean, feeding visions to those who still remember her name. Hoping to spawn the correct circumstances in which she may retaliate in the name of the lost.

Worship:
The worship of Rah'dhyel is odd, in that she is overjoyed at the mere idea of mortals forming a cult in her name. While she can't fully protect them from all danger, she did give them a special rune, called the Deep Storm Rune. This symbol is to be carved onto obelisks with the use of special tools made of radium, to serve as a sort of beacon for her thoughts. Through these obelisks she can communicate with her followers, and offer guidance. Weapons marked with this rune can produce lightning. Should this rune be carved onto their flesh however, the symbol will act as a sort of seal, granting several abilities. Most notably, the Deep Storm Rune grants the ability to breathe underwater, and a resistance towards both radiation and electrical currents. The only drawback is that it causes a metamorphoses on the body, sprouting tentacles from the face and mutating the brain to an organ similar to the one Rah'dhyel has on the back of her head. Now bearing her likeness, her cultists were named Rah'dhuul, which translates to "the Deep Ones."
The Deep Ones would then leave the surface world to live in the bottom of the ocean alongside their goddess, building the legendary city of D'hyel.
There they praise her name, offering themselves before her feet to soothe and comfort her in as many ways they can. For it was because of her that they avoided the calamity from the stars, and were never enslaved by the daughters of Vorium.

Contact with the Kel:
Due to their aquatic nature, the kel only worship deities associated with the sea. Their main goddess Aqua Marina, and her daughters Charybdis, Scylla, Nephilis and Vho'daresh. With Vho'daresh being the goddess of the voriumites and an outer god in close proximity to Rah'dhyel, Rah'dhyel was able to reach through the impossibly long distance between the two worlds by using Vho'daresh's mind as a link.
This is how the Kel on the Garden of the Gods (Often called Earth, Terra, or Gaia), learned about Rah'dhyel and the Deep Storm Rune. This is the reason why the Kel are also called the Deep Ones, and why Rah'dhyel's likeness can sometimes be observed in the sculptures of their underwater kingdom. Aqua Marina herself I aware of this, but sees Rah'dhyel as a sister, instead of a threat; as Rah'dhyel is, in human terms, Aqua Marina's niece-in-law.
