What if the world just... stopped spinning?Based upon the 406 line awesomeness B Munro made and psoted on AH.com: [link] (you'll need to log in to view it, sorry!)
This map was literally drawn from scratch from a jpeg (HATEHATEHATEHATE) simulation (here's one of my WIP's to show what I mean: [link] ) using only ye olde MS paint ( [link] ) and so took a frigging HUGE amount of effort to make it, this means that I'd really appreciate any comments, thoughts and criticism for this, thanks!
If you want to use this map just credit me and give me a link to your usage of it as I'd _love_ to see any adaptations and such of it!

Are we assuming that a non-spinning Earth would also be tidally locked? If so, maybe drawing in the icepack/sea ice would be a nice touch.

hi! truthfully i don't remember the exacts from nat geos documentary thing. that being said while the earth here doesn't spin, i don't think it's tidally locked. think a 6 month day and 6 month night for any given area as the earth goes round the sun
