Quick drawing of Thialfi I did for the purpose of getting his design details ironed out~Also I had always wanted to try this sort of coloring style xD
Thialfi's actually one of my favorite characters from Norse mythology, even though I haven't drawn him very much yet~ :T

X3 He's ADORABLE! But WTF is he doing holding a sword? He should be polishing Myamya! (I have called Mjolnir that since the movie Thor, and fuck you thunder god I will never cease! XD) In all honesty though, I wish my baby brother was still this cute and adorable... I mean look at him! He's got that "butter wouldn't melt in my mouth" sweetness going on! And not in the completely bullshit way Loki or Odin would have. He's just actually that cuddly! Sorry Thor, I'm stealing your page to feed him cookies and corrupt his mind. >D
And this comment should totally have gone on your picture of Pissy!Heimdall, but the song only just finished downloading, so OMG. Innocent by Lawrence Gowan so works for Loki and Heimdall! It's totally just my sick, twisted mind that makes it seem horrendously slashy, let's pretend.

I'm so glad you enjoy! ^^ I was flicking through the other comments, and I was so sad when no one else knew who Thialfi was! Poor kid, and he's so cool! RUN LIKE THE WIND, THIALFI! Dammit, now I can't stop picturing Thor (or Loki cause he's trollier) on Thialfi's back, pointing off into the distance. XD Thialfi is totally a better noble steed than the Cyboarg!
I must quest for this song, methinks... stupid iTunes for not having it! I'll just have to find some other way. 
And I love my slashy mind. I love it all to bits. ^^ Unfortunately it gets me smited a lot.. just because I ship Thor/Loki like there's no tomorrow... (sulks, is smited again)

Huuuh, iTunes should have that song, it's one of his more popular ones... :U I'm pretty sure that's where I got it, too.... Try searching for it under "Gowan" perhaps; sometimes his songs are listed under his full name, and other times he just goes by Gowan. :T Let me know if that doesn't work though, and I've got some alternative ideas~

Thialfi is totally already an awesome hero! He beat the shit out of the golemn with a shovel! XD ... Unfortunately Thor came along a second later and was all "I REFUSE TO BE UPSTAGED BY NINJA PAGES!". Poor Thialfi... it's his own fault for working for an attention stealer like Thor. ^^

XD Maybe the womens weren't involved in Ragnarok because they went ahead to get whatever after life the gods go to all nice and pretty. XD Or they just rage quitted all the bullshit some how.
And really? I didn't think any of the older gods legit survived... although since Honie was with the Vanir and the Vanir apparently didn't play he probably got away with it. XD Honir is kind of like the Boba Fett of Norse mythology... when he's there he's so fun, but when he's not you don't really miss him.

Yeah all the sources I've seen that go into details on Ragnarok mention Honir as one of the survivors~ Let's see if I can find a quote or something....

Also that's so true, Honir is entertaining when he is involved, but otherwise you never really notice his absence.... xD

Yeah I tend to think of him as being around 12 years old when he first sets out with Thor, so I tried to draw him at that age here~ : D
And yep, the sword belongs to him, though he's definitely not old enough to wield that thing yet. x'D

I really like him. The whole Utgard-Loki adventure with him and Thor and Loki and the challenges is my absolute favorite story. (besides the Thor-in-a-dress one, lol) He's a pretty spunky kid to be able to handle going on adventures with THOR <3

(you should totally draw Thor in a dress.) Yeah, that seems to be one of the few stories where Thor and Loki really interact- I mean, they're supposed to be bffs but in most cases you don't really see it, except in those two where they go on awesome jotun-bashing Adventures.

I have a feeling that there were at one point many more stories with the two of them going on awesome adventures together, but the sources have since been lost or destroyed... :< It makes me sad to think about how much source material for Norse mythology has been destroyed since long ago and how we may never know the whole story now... ):
