Dude he is totally a henpecked husband, haha. xDDDD *hides as well*
OMG I know exactly what you're talking about with that "Sound the Bugle" song~ 8D I've got the Spirit soundtrack around here somewhere... that was always one of my favorite tracks, too~ *v* I need to listen to it again now....
Also this Balto song is really nice~~ 8D Listening to it right now~
... Also "Go the Distance" from Hercules tends to remind me of Thialfi. >v> What with him leaving to go live among the gods and stuff and feeling more at home there~
... *urges you to make that list* >8D

Not from an animated film, but this song is perfect for any defeatist, lazy or emo god (Hod or Hel? >.> ).

Heaven or Hell (Is Just a State of Mind)
So hard to keep up with the trouble,
every day they just seem to double.
Being down is a permanent state of mind.
I'm just trying to be a good friend but you don't talk and don't listen.
Just keep everything inside.
And you're falling down at the speed of sound,
don't even know you have a parachute.
Cause the only thing bringing you to the ground is your "I can't do it" attitude.
Cause if you don't believe it
you just can't achieve it,
heaven or hell, it's just a state of mind.
Any kind of depression is out of the question,
keep moving ahead and never press rewind.
The glass is half full not half empty
second chances you've got plenty.
It's never too late to start again, no, no...
sometimes life might be a struggle,
but hold on don't reach for the bottle.
The road is long but there's light at the end.
Cause if you don't believe it
you just can't achieve it,
heaven or hell, it's just a state of mind.
Any kind of depression is out of the question,
keep moving ahead and never press rewind.
Though you're falling down about to hit the ground,
no need to fear, I'll help you land on your feet,
if you just open your eyes and take a look around,
you'd see you already have everything you need.
Cause if you don't believe it
you just can't achieve it,
heaven or hell, it's just a state of mind.
Any kind of depression is out of the question,
keep moving ahead and never press rewind.

I rediscovered it when I rewatched Hercules about a year ago, and couldn't help but immediately think of Thialfi... :'D (plus it's a gorgeous song to begin with; probably my favorite from that film.)

"Love Will Find a Way" from Lion King 2 makes me think of Sigyn and Loki. The whole thing with Kiara and Kovu just reminds me of them - how Kiara falls in love with a renegade who nobody really acknowledges until the very end.

Ask and ye shall receive. [link]
They're actually making a second volume of the Disney/Seiyuu album. This time with:
βSnow White Reading by Akira Ishida (since he doesn't sing anymore)
βHeigh Ho (Snow White) by Hiroshi Kamiya
βLove Is A Song (Bambi) by Hikaru Midorikawa
βBella Notte (Lady and the Tramp) by Ryotaro Okiayu
βLalalu (Lady and the Tramp) by Takahiro Sakurai
βKiss the Girl (Little Mermaid) by Hiro Shimono
βGreat Spirit (Brother Bear) by Kouichi Yamadera
βYou'll Be In My Heart (Tarzan) by Tomokazu Seki
βGood Company (Oliver and Company) by Nobuhiko Okamoto (now if someone could just get a seiyuu to sing "Why Should I Worry")
βRapunzel Reading by Kouichi Yamadera
βEverybody wants to be a Cat (The Aristocat) by Kouichi Yamadera x2 (aka he uses two different voices - he's good at it, I mean, he was human Ryoga, pig Ryoga and the Jusenkyo hot spring guide in Ranma... and MEW in Pokemon)
βHakuna Matata (Lion King) by Hiro Shimono & Nobuhiko Okamoto
βBeauty and the Beast (Beauty and the Beast) by Ryotaro Okiayu and Tomokazu Seki (my brain died a bit at this - it's their first duet, and they're both already fantastic on their own)
βI See The Light (Rapunzel) by Hikaru Midorikawa and Takahiro Sakurai

(and wow shoot, I'll definitely need to listen to the Tarzan song and I See The Light because I'm a sucker for those songs |'D)

Midorikawa (or Midorin as the fandom calls him) is actually sort of sucky at singing most of the time. Had to warn you about that. xD
*cough* Can't wait to hear Okiayu, though. Especially the duet.
[link]
However, this guy is the best singer in the whole anime industry. They wouldn't have picked him to dub dozens of Disney heroes if he wasn't - he's voiced the Genie in Aladdin, Sebastian in the Little Mermaid, Mushu in Mulan, Stitch in Lilo & Stitch, Beast in Beauty and the Beast... and he sung the Japanese versions of their songs. Heck, he's Donald Duck's Japanese voice. I HAVE to get my hands on "Great Spirit" and "Everybody Wants to be a Cat". XD
...You know, if we ever get to creating Sinni, Yamadera should be his voice. XD That way "Circle of Life" would be a fitting theme song for him. I mean, him being a god of time and all. XD

Aww, well drat. :T Guess I'll just have to wait and see then....
That Kouichi Yamadera guy is AMAZING though, what a powerful voice. :U He really does that song justice.... (and that song WOULD be appropriate for Sinni!! :'DDD)

Y'know. I think I just figured out what happens to Freyr when he snaps. ...THIS. [link] ...I don't know whether to laugh or be scared at the idea...
Info on the video: Hiroki Takahashi was the seiyuu of Hisoka from Hunter x Hunter and also played him in the stage musical. XD
PS. His regular voice is totally different. XD [link] (He's got a really dorky laugh at 1:25 in this vid - could be a perfect Freyr laugh, right there. XD)
...OK. I'm about to have a seizure. Like, right now. I just found out Daisuke Hirakawa dubs Loki in the Japanese version of Avengers. ._. My top-second favorite seiyuu is Loki. wtf [link] (His voice seems a bit off, though.)
[link] I also found a live performance of one of Hirakawa's songs. x'''''D He's quite a fun guy in real life, he's even admitted he's a hetare (a wimp, means he's easily scared or unnerved by stuff XD). I've always thought he looks sort of weird, but whatever. X'D This vid is a few years old, though - this is what he looks like now. [link] Oh, and guess what. ...He's 39. Doesn't look his age, does he...
Oh, right. [link] Akuroma's seiyuu. I wonder if he actually knows how to play the sax?

Ohh my goooooddddddd... D8> Freyr going all psycho and creepy like that would be one of the most terrifying things I can imagine... :'T
(The regular voice video though..!! Ahh that was adorable. :'D I would totally watch an entire cooking show like that.)
Heh, it sounds so strange at first hearing such a deep voice on Marvel Loki, but it does kind of work once you get used to it. : DD That song is fun, too. (and DANG, does that guy not age..??! It probably has something to do with one being video and the other being a fancy photograph, but he actually looks younger in that photograph than he does in the older video... :'DD)

8D Japanese people are said to age backwards. XD It's happened to Toshiyuki Morikawa, too. That's him - the blond pics are the old ones (he's around 35 in them), while the black-haired ones are the new ones (and he's 45 in these).
Though THIS guy honestly surprised me a great deal just now. [link] He's the seiyuu of Pegasus Seiya from Saint Seiya, and Amuro Ray from the original Gundam series. ...He's turning 60 next year and he REALLY does not look his age. I mean, Hel. He looked exactly like this in Gundam 00 live events four years ago.

I decided to go around searching for the rest of Avengers' Japanese cast.
Captain America is this guy: [link]
...He voices a character called Hodr in Break Blade. o_O Sounds like a Norse mythology reference.
Iron Man is this one: [link]
...Maes Hughes wtf (He also voiced a character called Loki in History's Strongest Disciple Kenichi! XD)
Thor is this one: [link]
Oh lordy. His voice is really deep and oldish for his age - he's sounded like a middle-aged man ever since his 20s. XD (Now he's 35. ...I might just have to watch Blassreiter and Pumpkin Scissors just to hear him. XD)
Hulk: [link]
A new seiyuu by the looks of it?
And Nick Fury: [link]
...I nearly wrote Nick Furry. ._.;
Hawkeye: [link]
Never heard of this guy before... apparently he only has one anime role so far.
I'm dying at the picks for Captain America, Thor and Iron Man now, kthxbai. @____@ Let's see... voice clips of Captain America's seiyuu, while Iron Man's seiyuu sounds like this (I like the second clip quite a bit, you know he'd be a perfect giant in Norse mythology XD).
And now I can't stop imagining Thor from Avengers singing this: www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ys7vy0_6cCI
Miyake surprised me by being able to actually sing. XD ...They really need to start making the 3rd season for Saint Seiya: the Lost Canvas... good old Dohko. One of my all-time favorite characters.
