-rolls around- This is a great piece, I love that you chose to do him in that hat, this looks like the scene were they are all gathering reeds, or that he is running off with his dog. I'm glad to see him get some love that has nothing to do with HP. Great piece -fangasum-

Beautiful way of drawing. I might sound lame but i don't know him. At least not the name. :/ I clicked the image in my updates not because i'd know him but because the image itself caught my eye.
It's not another strictly photo realistic drawing with 10 layers of shades and polished with a handkerchief and i think it's just damn worth the fave. So i'm faving it. Great job.

Ah I know that photograph and I must say the drawing is almost exactly the samen. I seriously love his eyes, I could stare at them for hours ;D I also like the fact that you have created your own style. Great Job.

Nice drawing from his iconic photograph and such a wonderful Austen movie. Great casting all around. While the dashwood sisters gathered the awards, I think Rickman had a stronger performance since his character was so much complicated and he had to come across eventually to marianne as a desireable man. Despite his fifty years to Brandon's thirty-five, he more than accomplishes this--just note him carrying in the dripping marianne: awww! (while some point this disparency out as a mistake, they seem to ignore that winslett is also too old by six years--but who's counting) One of his best roles among many excellent ones.

Quite. I love the film and actually watched it last night with my mum. It's just so nice to see him playing the romantic hero rather than a black-haired bad guy (not as that particularly bothers me that, mind, as he does do it awfully well). I definitely think he's underrated when it comes to a more natural style of acting rather than character acting. He's incredible in Snow Cake, for example. As for the scene where he carries Marianne - I could watch it all day! What a man!
