At a glance, Moonyoung appears to be a polite woman with a cool temperament. Generally, she is rather laid-back and calm, causing some to find her "passiveness" rather frivolous. Moon is simply selective in her laziness and activity, choosing to put more effort and energy into things that she enjoys or knows is of the highest importance. Moonyoung doesn't say much about her past, but all that is known is that she has an adopted older brother and an uncle that watches over her...

Growing up, she spent most of her time at one of her uncle's garages and at school, away from her own empty home. The garage was, in a sense, her "home away from home", from the kind people that worked there to the familiar setting that she felt very comfortable in. There, she was able to learn with the mechanics and genuinely enjoy herself playing with the large variety of vehicles that came in. School on the other hand...she absolutely hated it. Moon did very good, no doubt, but hated the aspect that students were forced to solve everything in one way. What happened to thinking outside of the box? When she graduated high school, she didn't apply to any universities, instead focusing on learning by experience. Many people judged her and looked down upon her, but she was happy where she was at that time.

After spending years "interning" at the garage and working at her uncle's businesses, she began to work part-time by becoming an "Uber" driver of sorts for fun some pocket money. Anytime someone called, she would be available to pick them up or drop them off. Driving was fun for her, similar to an adventure. She worked part-time as a mechanic and as a driver, until she met someone... well, interesting. Areum's car had broken down at night, and Moon just happened to pass by. She was offered a job as a driver at one of her hotels, which she graciously accepted. After working for a while, she was promoted to be the head of the Transportation of the RFA. Moon took on some part-time jobs simply to enjoy her hobbies and youth while she can...
