wow amazing job on all the different views and angles and the coloring on the center image is awesome. I have to say that wing design is certainly the most unique I've ever seen. It reminds me of Legacy of Kain soul reaver come to think of it.. wow been so long since I played that game, in the intro you see Raziel revealing his new wings to Kain and they fold up kinda funky on his back. In his rage and jealousy Kain of course wrips them off..
anywho very nice! Must venture over to the owner to say kudos on the awesome design idea now.

i had managed to draw him incorrectly every single time. probably 5-6 times? lol! this time i got to make him into a zombie. THE WINGS. I CAN NOW VISUALIZE THE WINGS THANKS TO YOUR SHEET!

Agh... *shudders, and collapses to the floor, overtaken by awe* This is beautiful beyond words. The morphology/build of this guy is expertly crafted - musculature, all the tiny details of the undersides of the feet, overall proportions and weight-distribution...and that LIGHTING! That is a wondrous way of depicting texture, showing it where the light hits the hide (of course, the character being dark blue/black as it is helped a bit - a lighter-colored animal might not be able to have that same style used to depict texture, but I wouldn't mind one bit if I were shown otherwise). I absolutely adore the texture in this drawing - simply gorgeous in its simplicity. 
Agh... I am at a loss for words, Rah-Bop - you amaze me with each new work you do. Inspiring.
(I love the theropodian head, as well, but ach)

Well, you know, coloring things that are (nearly) black (or white) is really difficult. I actually color most of my pictures this way, but because it is black I exaggerated the effect so that you'd be able to see anything at all. x_x I also had the disadvantage of having it be hide instead of scales, because shiny scales reflect more light and it's easier to show them off. Hide has to be lit without reflecting much.

I don't wanna make you feel awkward or anything it's just so confusing and detail intensive and I feel like I am not doing a good job if I forget a bend in his wing or a slit in his muzzle. Oi, at least there are plenty of pictures now to go off of instead of that huge word document you had when we first met.
Commemorations on having a truly unique and original character, it's just so precise and hard to understand even the first few times seeing it that it makes a difficult commission. Believe me you aren't the only person that has that issue 8(
