God... this took forever!I've been working on it all week...
Must have put in a good ten hours.
Ah well, I can't say I'm disappointed with the results.
Well, all but the scan anyway. Why don't scanners ever work right?

It's a bit frightening that I had a fairly similar idea roaming my mind just a couple of days ago - something involving time, symmetry and trees in a Dali-esque way.
There's something attractive, yet somewhat disturbing about this... the way the style is so seemingly careless but the concept is so deep and intricate. I digs this

I just used them for the wallpaper...
the rest was done with copics and touch.

Most of the coloring was done with markers, lineart in ink (obviously...) and details/shading done with colored pencil.

Wow! It does look like it must have taken a long time. I like the colouring a lot as well as the details (like the lace). I wish I could see the original up close!
