I've had some that just did this if you let them... but once I had a girl who would put her front paws on your lower lip and push down as hard as she could to try and tear your jaw open, trying to push her nose between your lips! It hurt, with those little needle-like claws!

I honestly have no problem with people who buy frozen feeders from ethical suppliers. They're hard to find... but they DO exist!

In the wild, young rats learn which things are tasty and safe to eat by checking the mouths of the older rats. So that's what our pet rats are doing, seeing what we have been eating!

Seriously! wtf!! My sister's rat wanted to do this to me too! Once I let him, to see what he wanted to do. He started licking the inside of my mouth! With his whiskers, it tickled! I was like "pleh"! Then I had allergies -__-;
