Hey - thanks for such a great resource! I actually digitized this in Illustrator for my own cosplay, I'd be happy to collaborate and share the pdf file if you were interested ^_^

So i'm doing an ashe cosplay myself, and i was trying my hardest to figure out the hood, but it kept turning out terrible. I found this tutorial and the resulting hood i made is absolutely perfect. So thankyou so much!!! You're really talented!

I'm sorry, I have no idea.... When I look for tutorials, I look for certain techniques, not certain characters, so I wouldn't know. But you could try goggling certain parts of the costume + tutorial, see what comes up.

Ok, so, the fabrics I used are some sort of fine wool for the outside and a simple plain synthetic fabric on the inside. Both for the cape and the hood, since they are separate and not attached at all. The cape was attached to the shoulder pads and the dress. The hood just comes over the head like a simple hood, it's not attached to anything. Basically, if you read the instructions of the image, you should be able to nail it. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Having two layers of fabric, and pretty thick one, made the whole thing stuff enough. I didn't need anything to make it stay up.

Do you have any other pattern of the cosplay? Because it would be really helpful considering how awesome this one Is!

I'll try to do it... I work on a lot of projects and I just have tons of WIP and tutorials to post, I just need to work on them a bit and it's hard with the time... but I'll try...

No... the thing is I really want to do it! I love sharing my work with others and I know patterns can be hard to make, but I always work on a zillion thing in the same time and I'm always in a hurry! >.<

I used acrylic golden paint, but I find it rather... yellow... so I mixed it with a bit of golden dust I had, to give it a more golden look. And it worked. I was really happy with the result!
