Thats Bettsy Bruin I think (hope I got her name right). She appeared as a hostess of sorts on Tiny Toons a LONG time ago when I was a kid, lol. She's quite sexy in this pic and I still get a kick out of the fact that she thinks Shred is John Tonbain (that is so going to come back and haunt him sometime, lol, bet Morrigan shows up looking for a fight only to find him, or the REAL John shows up, LOL).
