Electoral Watcher/ ROCKWELL RINGS IN! / December 20th, 1951

George Lincoln Rockwell, former head of the American Nationalist Organization, and once cohort to former VP Kuhn has joined with the Young America Group and has taken the reigns of the young and feisty organization. And now after Rockwell has climbed to the top of the YAG he has announced for his campaign in '52. Together he and his Vice- John Patler have numerous plans for the American people- including a revived American Empire with a 'second wave of Manifest Destiny to inspire a 2nd American Renaissance'. Rockwell has sown discontent over Beatrix's rather blasé stances on race and 'American ambitions' arguing that 'shooting trinkets into the air will not win us anything'. Rockwell and Patler meanwhile have begun disagreements...

London Times/ FRANCE LIBERATED. / April 14th 1952

After nearly 30 years the rightful government of France, the 6th Republic, has finally returned to Paris in a triumph akin to the triumphs of old. Though admittedly they are deserving this celebration, the last Utopian forces were pushed out across the French border only 3 days ago. Though admittedly a few exiled German royals have said that France proper were liberated 2 months ago, and have been 'liberating' German soil ever since they stepped into the Alsace. Irregardless however, while a momentous day has passed, the Salvationists have made a series of defenses along the Rhine- making a march out east nearly suicidal. It appears Berlin's triumph shall have to wait until the wall along the Rhine can be broken...

First Free Press / CRIMEA DECLARED FREE!/ August 28th, 1952

Our government is now ours, no longer are we shackled to Kiev or St. Petersburg. We- the people of the Crimea can govern and lead ourselves as freely as possible! Sevastopol however has issued a statement urging all free and oppressed Crimeans to join arms and set our people free! This fight shall not be over until not just Crimea is free, but all of Stalin's tyranny collapses and he is left with only a noose to his name! Fight on! For Crimea, for Russia, and for the world! For we are the light that shall spark a wave of fire across the blasted Salvationist hellscape...

General Papers / 2ND CIVIL WAR!? / December 10th , 1952

The Salvationists have seemingly launched covert attacks against the free world! And in doing so various Utopian militias, agents, and organizations have taken over 4 states of the Union and have seemingly spread across to ten more! The states of Oregon, Iowa, Missouri, and Kansas have all declared secession and the proclamation of a new and disgusting "Free Union of the Americas" out of St. Louis! They must be stopped through any means necessary...

Perhaps we shouldn't have launched those covert operations across Russia? Oh well. Too late to change that. Pull up your bootstraps and put on the big boy trousers cause now ya'll got a Union and a world to save. Just in time for the election of 1952! Don't worry though- its not like one party losing will make this a whole lot worse! There are a few saving graces to this whole ordeal. Pelley and his California cronies have managed to keep California free of Utopian influence. Though at the same time this has caused what little freedoms in California to be evaporated. Meanwhile other Free Unioner coup attempts have been thwarted across the Plains and Rockies. Though there are still partisans all over the place. At least its not a total repeat of the '1st' Civil War.

Though at least on the other side of the world the Russians are also facing collapse- everything from squads and platoons to entire organizations and ethnicities have declared independence from Russia. Whether or not they succeed is another question. Britain and France meanwhile have struggled to hold order. The British Empire has seemingly exploded with pro Utopian or generalist independence movements across the board- seemingly at the same time as the US. France on the other side has faced continual resistance trying to push across the Rhine and battles various pro-German militias in Alsace. It seems we've poked at the right spot on the bear and now its not angry, but frightened and now its gambled everything on these rebellions. But at best these revolts are a nuisance, and at worst they set us back several months if not a whole year in terms of progress. Even as the Salvationists attempt to pit us against each other it's seemingly backfired. Instead its' been rousing people into another frenzy, demanding Utopian blood be spilled.

It seems we've met with a terrible fate at the moment. Perhaps a new face and some quick thinking will help this predicament?
(A) The 1952 Election- A grand total of 5 parties have made it to the primaries. Some through less legitimate means, but nonetheless still here. Despite the fact we may be crumbling, this is the work of a bear who has been forced backwards towards a cliff, and we need a strong leader to neatly wrap up this conflict at home and abroad.
You may only choose one. Duh. However this election is fairly 'gamey' this time around.

Re-Elect Beatrix (NASA)- You know him, you love him! (hopefully) Beatrix has a lot more planned out for his possible 2nd term- while he may be the same President he'll have cunning strategies and new projects to lift America out of this world! Vote for Beatrix and have him beat the Russians in this war and to space!

Give Genovese a Chance (CAPP)- Samuel A. Genovese of the CAPP has promised a swift and painless end to the rebellious states as well as further reforms to the government to embiggen the power of her citizenry. Its time America gets back on her feet and walks the correct path the Founding Fathers intended, a path of true freedom!

A 2nd Chance (Militiamen)- Despite many feeling bitter about the Long Years, Alvin Olin King of the 'Reformed Militiamen' promises to only take the good of the Long regime and reform the nation in a positive way. Promising a general welfare, and security and safety of all American citizens.

From Chief to President (Silver Legion)- William Dudley Pelley of the Silver Legion of California has promised stability and order- a commodity not had in much of the world as of lately. The Chief has promised a swift and just end to the Free Union, and promises to focus on real matters of importance- unlike Beatrix and his 'silly trinkets'.
(As you may notice, Pelley starts out with one vote/tally. This is to represent him already having California- its up to you if you want to keep him there or go higher.)

Rock the Nation (YAG)- Lincoln Rockwell is a true American patriot who has studied the Constitution through and through. And he has come to the conclusion that America is simply not even close to what the Founders intended. A vote for Rockwell ensures your freedom is guaranteed!

(B) An End to this Crisis- The Utopians are a manageable threat, and while the federal government has done a lot, many of the parties across the Union have stepped up to the table offering solutions. Solutions that may come at a cost...
This is where the election gets gamey! You may notice each option has a color around it. This is not random and corresponds to the various parties. Now here are the rules-
You may choose 3 options.
For every 2 votes placed on the same color/party here one vote is added to the corresponding party in (A).
For example- choosing Allow Militia Help and Remake the White Hats will add one total vote to the Militiamen in the election.
NASA plays by special rules. For every 2 votes on Listen to McCarthy, one vote will be taken away from a random party (even NASA) because of suspected Utopian influences.
And to make it slightly fair to NASA so it isn't left in the dust, every 3 votes to NASA will be counted as 1 vote in (A).
Every 2 votes (on the same color) here and in the 1952 Election will be counted up to the total to declare the next president of the USA.
As an example- lets say I choose Allow Militia Help and Remake the White Hats and Listen to McCarthy, this will give the Militiamen one vote, and may subtract one vote from any party.
Another way to get 2 votes is to do this.
Person 1- Remake the White Hats, CAPP Charity Work, Authorize the Oregon Squadron
Person 2- 'Reintegration', Support the GAM, Listen to McCarthy
So long as any party gets a total of 2 votes they will receive one extra vote for the '52 election.

GREEN/MILTIAMEN OPTIONS
Allow Militia Help- The Militiamen are always at the ready! Giving the Militiamen the all clear to take whatever actions will allow a swift and decisive victory will ensure peace amongst our states!

Remake the White Hats- The White Hats were a police force created by the Constitutionalists shortly before they 'merged' with the Militiamen. Remaking it could prevent the Reds from spreading into other states and future uprisings such as this!

GOLD/CAPP OPTIONS
CAPP Charity Work- Hundreds of thousands have been displaced or been forced to flee the terror of the Free Union. Leave it to the CAPP to help fix the peoples woes- for we are all American citizens, and we'll stick through this no matter what!

'Reintegration'- Just as the North was not burned in an inferno of revenge in the 1860's, so too should we take care to not burn ourselves when fighting through and reintegrating the Free Union. They are still American citizens, all the same.

BLUE/NASA OPTIONS
Listen to McCarthy- McCarthy for all his odd and eclectic nature has a habit of being able to spot and detect suspected Utopian influence. He's been right on several occasions- and his helping hand has let us arrest 2 rebel leaders in Nevada and Nebraska. Perhaps we could tune in more and take down possible Utopian influences before they even start?

SILVER/ SILVER LEGION OPTIONS
Authorize the Oregon Squadron- Oregon has fallen to chaos, and as a good neighbor and brother in arms, Pelley has organized a force to retake Oregon. Though the only thing keeping him from enacting his triumph in Salem is permission from the Federal government.

Support Pelleywood- Hollywood, or 'Pelleywood' as its come to be known has fallen by the wayside in recent years. Perhaps we could stimulate it and show the nation the true horrors of Utopianism and show that the Free Union and its Russian backers must be stopped at all costs?

RED/YAG OPTIONS
Decriminalize the Browns- Rockwell's little band of merrymen- the Browns was criminalized for terrorizing much of the Plains and Midwest. Though with both regions now in turmoil, perhaps we could use another few sets of hands to contain and deal with this insurrection.

Support the GAM- The German-American Militia. A planned organization to bring together the vehemently anti Utopian German refugees and settlers together with American citizens and beat back the Utopian menace plaguing the Plains.

(C) Foundations for Greater Americas- Even if Beatrix will not be in office to witness an ever evolving America, the least he can do is lay down plans and foundations for it.

You can choose 2. This ones pretty simple compared to last one huh?

Federalize Latin America- much of Latin America is still fairly centralized, even if they've been slowly democratizing. Perhaps we could help them out in much the same way as the Ottomans. After all, if federalism has worked for us, perhaps it could work for Latin America as well?

Industrialize Latin America- Much of South America is poor or rural. Not that its a bad thing. But if South America is to keep up with the world, then she must learn how to efficiently tap into her resources and ride towards the future.

Work with the Tauists- While we may disagree with Brazil and her methods, the possibilities of expanding American businesses influence in South America is surely the start of something great. A little competition always gets the blood boiling.

The Final Link- The Darien Gap has been slow to develop. Myriads of diseases, natives, and the terrain is godawful. But if we can run a rail through the Gap we could connect North and South America in business, culture, and so much more!

Futuristic Infrastructure- Much of South America is located near the Equator, a fine prospect if we're to launch further operations into space. Hopefully by building up South America we can not only further our own futuristic ambitions, but further their ambitions as well.

Expand Air Travel- Aero culture in America has greatly benefitted from certain projects such as Omaha and other measures, imagine the prospects of being able to easily and cheaply go wherever you want in the Americas! Aside from the cultural boom, the South American nations could further settle thier interiors and hinterlands with the help of aeroplanes.

Expand the Ports- South America has a few natural harbors here and there, but they are severely underutilized, perhaps if we help give them a modern makeover we could see South America become a new hub of shipping that could expand business across both continents!

Finally, some 'independent' choices. Also rather simple. You can choose only one.
1. Support the Free Scandinavians- with some extra help and a push in the right direction we could pump some life back into the Scandinavians and open up old wounds in the north. With two fronts from Jutland and Bothnia, the Salvationists would whittle themselves down trying to defend every hole appearing in thier sinking ship.

2. Support the Heartland Nationals- as these movements are the closest to the Russian heart, smuggling in a few weapons and supporting those closest to the Russian center would greatly disorient the Russians and cause mass panic across the Salvationist state.

3. Support Eastern Europe- many of our brothers in arms are under Stalin and his tyrannical rule. But under Stalin's bruised nose is a fire. And without our help that fire could be extinguished. If we could energize Eastern Europe we could disturb Russia's supply lines to the Rhine- encircling and trapping millions of Russian soldiers between the maws of freedom!
