I guess we're required to name her Joyce, after the part 4 genderbend, but honestly she feels so much more like a Josie. That'd probably be a good nickname, at least. So her sailor outfit is reminiscent of 1940s Japanese sailors. Of course there were no female sailors aside from the navy nurses, but their outfits were too professional to be believable. Instead, I found a lovely sailor-style dress from the time period that isn't gimmicky and feels more believable. Adjusted colors to get the orange outfit that he's somewhat known for in games. Ended up with teal hair. I think it looks alright. Short, curly hair was in style for 1940s women, and I felt like it fit her very well already. He has either yellow or green lips in pretty much every picture I found. So, screw it, I just kept that in since those colors are available (though likely expensive). I noticed that he seems to have had smokey eyes in the game renditions, so I went in an added that depth as a bonus, I suppose. I went with light brown/aqua for the dual eye colors for the primary scheme since it went well with the other colors here. I just goofed off with colors on this one and liked the purple/green. Fun fact, according to navy nurse information I found, the line designs on her hat would indicate that she is an ensign.
