Giorno is. . . an enigma. I can't figure him out. How does he do that hairstyle? Does he practice the ancient Greek art of hair sewing? What about those clothes? Italy doesn't have a school uniform system anymore. Is it even a school uniform? Seems a little too malformed. He never crosses paths with the other Jojos. He just. . . comes and goes.

So. . . uh. . . the uniform situation.
Again, Italy does not have a school uniform code. It was abolished in the 70s. So, I guess, maybe prep school is more Giorno's style anyway? So I went with that vein.

About the hair.
This is a variant of the pin-up style. Not too unlike the rockabilly, but more exclusive to the fancy-ass girls in 50s posters. Pretty much all the styles I found were two-curls only.
Also, they are physically possible.
Left in the braid because. . . eh, it's Giorno.
