Cheers! The method is simply to apply an unsharp mask filter in PS a couple of times.

Use the following to start, and then adjust as you see fit:

Amount: 20%
Radius: 40px
Threshold: 0

I may have slightly overdone it with this shot, depends on personal taste though.
