You're looking at a picture drawn by a proud owner of a 1986 Les Misérables programme. I paid one euro for it. That's a bargain if I've ever seen one!Les Mis itself, however, doesn't belong to me. No matter how much I obsess over it.

I think the book mentions one of the Thénardier girls has reddish hair and the other is a brunette, but it doesn't specify which is Éponine – so brunette or red, it's up for the reader's imagination. I coloured her hair blonde because I wanted her to look like an actress I saw perform the role onstage.

Actually, from right to left it's Javert, Éponine, Marius, Cosette, Valjean and Enjolras. Some of the designs were based on the 2009 West End cast, that's why they look a bit different than maybe usually.
