This is quite different for me. Soft, low contrast, dreamy... Not my usual at all
The model is Lindsay. She asked for a few different photos that incorporated sheer purple cloth that she'd brought to the shoot. This was one of them. I made a veil out of it and filtered light through it from a softbox behind her head. There's fill light in the front, but not a lot.

interesting portrait, normally the low contrast might bother me, but, it works well with the way you lit the picture... the brightness of the background works well... It all has a very close and intamate feel to it I think...

I really like this piece. The only thing I would have done differently is to have her smile, just a bit. Playfully. As if to say "good morning, darling". Sounds a bit corny and cliche`, but I like the idea of a woman that is soft, sensual, and a little playful.

I love this... I don't think it's too soft at all... It captivates my imagination and I can't help but make up a story to fit the situation.

It's different, but different is good. I like it. I especially like the way the light from behind creates an "almost-silhouette", and also helps to show off the curves of her shoulders.
My personal preference would have been to maybe crank the fill light up a teensy bit more - to give a little bit more clarity to the facial features. But thats personal preference.

i think the focus on her face could be a bit sharper but the light is just right, just enough light on her face and beautifully framing her her face as well. good work

well this one, as opposed to the other one.. well i feel it more sensual.. sexy.. yet at the same time it's just cute. she has an innocence to her, meanwhile she still has that sex style drive, you know?

i love it but i have to admit that this photo makes my eye jump around too much from the bright light near her shoulder to her eye and back again. that kind of bothers me. what do you want us to focus on here? still, beautiful and sensual shot.

I prefer this to your normal stuff to be honest. I think that your lighting usually looks quite harsh. This is softer, more feminine.
