I miss it too, but you gotta have the drama. Make up, break up, make up again. You know the couple that really trips me out not being together? The Lois and Clark thing. I mean, what's that about? And black canary with no green arrow? Now that's just not right. And I can't figure out why they did it, seemed arbitrary, because Selina Kyle and Bruce were still a thing... In a really twisted way, but still.....

Thanks so much! A tweeter commented that there was already a nightwing/Starfire kid in the DCU, a girl. I saw it. I thought this would be more interesting - a return of nightwing and flamebird.... In a batman & robin style. I think it would be an interesting twist to see the former sidekick grow into his own and have his son as his sidekick, with superpowers.

well, your not the only one to remember the flamebird reference! Maybe it will breath some life back into this minor character reference some day. I liked what DC did with the kryptonians earlier, but this seemed so fitting for Nightwing, who adopted the name from legend.
