Description Happy birthday!
I just had to draw Gin for you again, how could I not?? That hair, those frecklesΒ
I used lots of different photos of Karoline Herfurth, as well as your own art of Gin, so I hope the resemblance is okay.

*jaw drops* This is amazing! It's so realistic! Your digital portraits just go from strength to strenth- that hair! The eyebrows are incredible! And the quality of the skin is incredible- bravo!

Β  Thank you so much Inky! This is such a nice comment, you just made my day!Β

I actually hate and have so much trouble with eyebrows so I'm really glad you like them xD And I tried a new way of painting skin that ended up being a lot quicker than usual, so I'm glad you think it looks good. I might stick to it for a while ^^

Don't worry, I never thought you were, I know you always have a good reason when you're not answering! I'm just always worried that something has happened.. I'm glad Crackers is ok!O.o
Man I remember when our cats used to be sick.. I was always so worried about them and I could do nothing proplerly until I knew they were ok ...

Aw thanks! Same here! I actually dyed my hair red consistently from 12/13 until I went blonde at 16, and then I went back to red because blonde was too high maintenance xD
I don't anymore because my hair has naturally darkened so much that I need to bleach it a little lighter before the red, and it's just so expensive and damaging, and I've been trying hard to be kinder to my hair xD I haven't used heat on it or dyed it in about a year now and it's so healthy. Though I'm getting very bored of the dark brown xD

I would love to draw your characters for you!! Whenever you get them sorted just note me I feel ya, I haven't done any writing since NaNoWriMo last month, which was the first year I didn't reach 50k ): I severely want to start editing the first reapers book but I'm just so busy with work atm.

Ahh I know, I feel bad for worrying you xD I'd let you know if something really serious happened though, just fyi. I've tried to reply a few times, but I have so much to tell you that I only get so far into the message and then I have to leave, and then when I did actually have time Crackers wasn't well >.< Us too!
Oh yeah, you worry so much because you don't know what's going on or how to help them. You feel so useless when they get sick, it sucks!
You too!Β  Β

Oh thanks! I keep forgetting to upload that piece xD It's something I drew for a friend aaaages ago >.< You reminded me though, I keep forgetting to tell you that I like yours as well!! xD The dog's so cute!

Have you tried henna? It's natural only it doesn't color red on dark hair very well either.
I've tried to color mine once and it got a very lovely reddish shine but nothing close to actually ginger red. The good thing about it is that it always looks natural even if the color doesn't turn out right.
I'm rather fond of my brown hair now.. I've had enough excitement with dying it once..

I will! I thought NanoWriMo was in November...?O.o I always promise myself that I start properly on the book once I have a free moment and then when I do have a free moment I'm either to tired after all the other things I've done or there are other things that get my attention... I've forgotten how many times I've pulled out all my material for the book and then just sat and stared at it.

Haha that's ok, I know you'd always let me know but I still worry on principle. XD Haha I know that feeling... good thing email has a saving function. Although it's happened that I wanted to save a halffinished email and the wholet hing just disappeared... It's surprising how much text is required to convey something that would probably take a lot less time to say in real life.. you never really think about it when talking to someone but it's a lot of words! O.o It's like when I wrote to you last time.. I was totally confused at how much paper I'd used up..
Good thing we like writing so much! Although it'd be even better if your hand didn't hurt after it..

Yes.. yes you do. If they could just say what's wrong you'd know what to do! But it's the not knowing part that is the worst! Even worse when even the vet doesn't know..

(we haven't done the hug icon thing in a while XD)

You should upload it! It looks really awesome! It's Keirr! He's a character from the Asmundr comic I told you about!

Ooh, sounds fun! How long have you been doing plays and karate for?

I've been good, just super busy! It's getting ridiculous xD But it's much better being too busy to do something than being too ill to do anything!

It is fun! ^^ I've been doing crew and karate for about three years now.

It is better to be busy than be ill. What have you been busy with?Β

Oh cool! My dad wanted to put me in martial arts when I was a kid but apparently I threw a tantrum because I wanted to do ballet instead

Much better! Work, actually. I started a new job towards the end of the year, it's just a part-time thing, but it's basically like being self-employed so there's a lot of work and effort, but it's been going really good and I'm enjoying it so I can't complain xD

Doing ballet isn't so bad. I heard you can become very flexible. Did you at least enjoy ballet?

That's so awesome! It's even better that you're enjoying work. (I still have yet to get a job when I go to college next year.Β Β )

No it's not, I just personally think martial arts are cooler than tutu's! I always was quite flexible actually. When I was a lot younger I did, and then as I got older I was so shy I was too embarrassed to keep doing it xD Stopped when I was around 12/13. Looking back on it now that I've been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, it's probably a very good thing I did stop though, if I hadn't my joints would probably be a lot more damaged than they are now, which would mean more pain and more problems as I get older :/

It is a good and very lucky thing when you like your work, yes! I think that if you have the option to not have to work during your last years of high school it's probably a good thing, especially when you're looking to go to college/uni, there's enough stress with school, particularly in your final years, plus you can focus more on your studies.

Haha. An obi (belt) does look slightly cooler than a tutu. XD I wasn't flexible at all when I was younger, and I was always jealous at my double-jointed friends. Why did you get too shy to do ballet? Ow. Now that you mention that, it probably was a good thing you stopped ballet. :/Β

Agreed. My twin is working, and she barely finds time to do her homework. Not to mention I've manged to start and continue a ton of personal projects since I'm unemployed. If anything, I'm planning to get a job on campus, so that it can work around my class time.

Especially on adults! xD Every time I get a new doctor for my arthritis I bend down and touch the floor with my legs straight or I bend my thumb down to touch my wrist and they are either impressed by my flexibility or horrified by it. 90% of people with my form of arthritis have very little flexibility so they're always surprised. One of my more recent ones grabbed my hand when I did the thumb thing and went 'DON'T DO THAT' in the most terrified voice I should have felt bad for the poor guy but it was so funny! I haven't been able to do either of those things with my new doctor though and now I'm slightly worried that the mobility issue is kicking in, I'm going to miss freaking my doctors out xD
Oh I was one of those terrified children who was so shy that I wouldn't do anything in front of other people, speaking, singing, dancing. I'd get soooo embarrassed. I still to this day get nervous when I have to speak in front of a crowd, which isn't helpful considering I have to do it for my job xD

Yes, that's another good thing about it, you still actually have time to do your own stuff. A few of my friends both here and in the states have done that, gotten jobs on their campuses, it's a very good idea if you can get one!
It's cool that you're a twin too! I had two sets of twins as best friends when I was a kid and I was always jealous of them, especially the identical's who used to swap classes without the teachers noticing

That's hilarious just imagining the doctors freaking out! XD One of my double-jointed friends used to do push-ups with her elbows facing inward just to watch people's faces transform into masks of horror. It was so funny. It's sad that your losing your flexibility, though. Β

I was also one of those children who had trouble coming out of my shell. I didn't even make my first friend until third grade, I was so shy. (Which is weird considering I now compete in public speaking.) It's okay to be nervous in front of a crowd. It's basically your brain's way of stopping you from doing anything risky, or at least that's the way I look at it.

What classes would the twin swap in? And being a twin is okay for the most part. Except when you have to share everything, keep getting compared, and your personalities clash really bad. My sister and I mostly just ignore each other. :/Β
