Description
Doctor Henry Pym is a brilliant chemist, entomologist and inventor. His company, Pym Laboratories, has been responsible for some of the biggest advancementes in human history: From the destruction of pollution in the oceans to the cure to cancer. His greatest achievement however, are Pym particles. This astonishing invention allows its user to shrink to the size of an ant or grow to the size of a Skyscraper, all the while increasing its users strenght. This, alongside a device that allows him to control ants has turned Pym into the hero, adventurer and Avenger founding member known as Ant-man.

He's also a known curmudgeon and anti social grump. He hates crowds and atention and would rather be left to his own devices rather than having to put up with lower intelects. In spite of this, plus his unchecked Mad Scientist tendencies, he's a force for good who believes in the larger good of mankind (He wouldn't have made such miraculous inventions if he didn't). He's just more than a little nuts.

He probably wouldn't be a superhero at all, if it wasn't for the influence of his wife, Janet.

Janet Van Dyne is many things. She's a wealthy young woman with an active presence in both charitable activities as well as social gatherings for their own sake. She's Hank Pym's wife and business partner, handling the executive side of things that Hank can't be bothered with, and she's the only person he'll listen and fully respects. She's a known fashion designer, and has had a hand in helping independent "Superheroes" streamline their images. But above all, the thing she's most proud of is being a superheroine, and adventurer and a member of the Avengers. Saving the world, stoping bad guys and having the time of her life doing it.

They are Ant-man and The Wasp. He's anti social mad scientist with a heart of gold. She's a thrill seeker with an upbeat personality. Together, they fight crime!
