I dunno why, but reading the description sort of struck a chord in me.
I know the feeling of working on something for years and then having to eventually finish it, and for me, I ditched something long ago before it was finished because finishing something you put so much time and effort into something and then wrapping it all up. . . it's such a painful experience, like saying goodbye to a good friend.

Never really that afraid of finishing anything, since it's a gift to the idea to finish it. Means in the end it was worth your efforts.

Chances of a sequel: leave it to me, I'll get started once I have Photo Shop if it's ok with you.

Do you mean for after the end of "Where I Stand" or after this image? I think that at the image's point, there is literally nothing left anywhere.

Yeah, the comic is not accurate at all once "Where I Stand" begins in that portion.

weird thing is, my immediate thought after looking at this (before reading the description) was that it looks like the game over screen for a video game. which makes me want to put your threes in brawl as costumes for mewtwo.
ah, eternity. living that long has to really suck.

At least it has a sort of ending looking to it then.
Could you even do that with the current Mewtwo base? As a texture edit it would be rather challenging.
To my standing, religion doesn't make sense. Eternity is not a reward.

if i was to just do texture, it would take almost no time. as i don't know how to vertex edit: vice would not have ribs, MB would not have blades or a cannon, demise wouldn't have fluff, and swade wouldn't have horns or breasts. you could still tell who they're supposed to be if you know the characters, but they'd be far from perfect.

Vicebane you could do to some extent with normal and bump mapping. That is if it even supports it in the rendering. It's so much easier to do with just a color swap any day.

and the description kinda reminds me of the end of Evangelion.

Benstudios In reply to Vaporeon249 [2011-09-06 22:14:08 +0000 UTC]
hmm...
After losing everyone he loves, a young boy (14-15) has the choice of ending the world or saving it. As the world is already being destroyed, he decides to save it. This causes the entirety of man do be killed, and the earth is turned into a hellish waste. Only the young boy and a girl that hated him are left on the earth.
So effectively, everything ends. And 'adam' and 'eve' start over.

The whole series is miserable...
But in its own way, it is very interesting. Yes.
It's called: Neon Genesis, Evangelion

Thank you. It's not a spoiler at all. Story is written, anything now is basically just random whatever. Unless you haven't read it at all, then I guess maybe some of it is a spoiler.

atleast you are a capable enough writer to atleast realize your own faults and missteps in your story instead of thinking "oh i can't do nothing wrong heyuuuck" like so many other fanfic writers

I feel like writing a god-mod was still along those lines. I know there is way worse though.
Never seen that particular verbalization written, but quite amusing to see it.

look the difference between a god mod and a balanced character is the matter of use and villains. one way one can hinder a super powerful character is by attaching morality, sort of super man style, if you have all the power in the world, do you use it? or do you restrain it a big key to hindering the power to stop death is arguing weather or not its right, to stop death.

I honestly totally forgot about Superman. He's a bit too noble though, but everyone loves him because of it. I like moral systems, so thankfully I do use them.

Vaporeon249 In reply to Corrupt-Light [2011-09-06 14:24:45 +0000 UTC]
Why let her go when I can just let her live forever! She's my first character, maybe it wasn't a good idea to think that was a good idea when I was 14. I always knew I'd kill her off, so by creating this unfortunate connumndrum around that part is maybe a way to dodge it. I'm not sure. I guess I'd hate to let her go in really any sense though.
