Yay! Finally a new photo of my Zant costume in progress.
The photo is really not that great, its quality makes the fabric look like fleece or something. But it's far from fleece. DX
Also, the pants look wrinkled because I couldn't put them on the dressform and I pinned them on it. And I put them too high. Oh well. ><
And I forgot to pad the shoulders, but just try to ignore it. XD
This costume is not finished. I'll finish it for next July when I'll take it to a con.

How have you create the costume ? Did you use a shirt, or did you sew it completely ? Same question for pants...
And, did you make the Helmet ? If yes, how, too ? I want to create the mine too, but I'm quite affraid by the lot of work to give... My last question : how long did you make it ? Thanks for your eventually answers

It's ok, English is not my first language either.
I made the costume by myself, sewed the pants and shirt, and made the helmet with papier mache. It took a little less than two years to finish. Send me a note if you wanna know more.

It's finished already. X) I don't know what the fabrics are called, but the black one is very thick, and the red one a little shiny, soft, and very annoying to work with. XD

Ah. I guess i'll just keep my eyes out for similar fabrics. And I envy your crafting skills you used for the Helm. I might use some of the tips i used to construct the armor i need for my costume.

I don't really know... I bought it from a crafts store, so I guess it's nothing special, just common fabric paint.
