"First of all, shut the hell up, since after that fight we had together with you and a few dozen of your closest friends, the point where I'd take your whining for mercy seriously has long since passed. Second, I could use a bottle of water after that chase you gave me. You can give me three dollars right now, or before I haul your sorry ass to my client, you and I are gonna take a little side trip to the science lab and see what the going rate is for a fresh kidney ripped out of a human body one minute prior. Oh, and about removing that kidney - I don't have tools, I won't need them, and it just so happens that in all that confusion, I forgot if I had to bring you in alive or not. So, fucker, what's it gonna be?"

So since Nekketsu Nancy here ended up looking significantly different from Original Flavor Nancy, I decided that maybe a different backstory was in order.

As such, some deliberation later, I came up with the following.

Nekketsu Nancy is a mercenary type with honest-to-goodness superpowers. Having been in a permanent coma at the time, she was brought back to consciousness by government types who, without her consent, injected her with cells from an alien, godlike being and performed various treatments on her while she was still in her coma, with the purpose of intentionally forcing superpowers upon her for the purpose of making her the ultimate black-ops supersoldier, under their control for whatever shady, often-corrupt purposes deemed necessary.

It worked.

But let's just say that upon her waking up, the part where they intended on controlling the insanely deadly bioweapon, one that knows damn good and well it has superpowers that their handlers are in no way equipped to handle, went about as well as it did in any science fiction movie you've ever seen. However, being at least willing to listen to actual, reasonable requests and, while being perfectly willing to injure or kill anyone who actually deserves it, being unwilling to just do any damn thing she's told without question and even less willing to bring harm upon the innocent, she was able to strike a deal of her own... one a fair bit more beneficial to the lady that just woke up from a nice, long nap.

Thus, nowadays, knowing how in-demand her powers are, Nancy sells her services as a mercenary to anyone willing to pay her justifiably exorbitant prices and agree to her blatantly-in-her-favor terms, for any task they can come up with. The bigger the job, the less she wants to do it, and the more it takes her out of her comfort zone, the more it costs... and when it comes to jobs that it's very clear she doesn't want to do and has repeatedly refused, she's not afraid to force a massive advance, take your money, then tell you to go fuck yourself.

While she isn't fully aware of what her powers can do and every single way in which they can be made manifest, what with them being untested, alien, and forced upon her without the benefit of an instruction manual - rest assured, the super-strength and speed alone are enough to seriously wreck the day of hundreds of people at once, so you might want to think nice and hard before you decide to piss her off on one of those days where she just so happened to focus her powers on a new means of destruction that she's itching to try out, because this lady's racked up one hell of a body count and she's not afraid to add to it!
