You have a lovely simplistic style here which works very nicely. You have used a minimum amount of lines and yet still conveyed individuality and expression very clearly. I particularly like the way you've drawn the mouth.
One thing I would suggest is to have the "clumps" of hair overlapping a bit more? It would just make them a bit more 3D. But that's a small thing really - it looks pretty good as is.

no, it's not a bad thing! there are enough differences that i knew it wasn't him (like the nose and the eyes and whatnot). all i said was that it reminded me of a certain justiny-character.
