Nice work. Give it a feel of 3d by enhancing its light and dark parts. Changing hue and saturation, brightness and contrast will make it more interesting. Happy painting..

Since you ask for critiques I did a quick overpaint for you. [link]
Check fullsize for bounced lights and highlights, also some more plasticity for 3D effect on the bridge etc. The adjusted contrast isn't necessary but since you wanted to play with magic lights it's a good idea to have some more contrast to work with for better effect. Basically my critique would be to use wider value range and to use highlights. No point in detailed vegetation if no one is gonna notice due to lack of highlights. You are on a very good track and good luck improving. I can see that you can put a lot of effort into you work.
