ANNNNNCIENT piece of work which was actually a collaboration between my ex and me. He was totally into Venom, so he penciled and I inked. You can see my style is really strong in this pic -the only thing you can see of his style are the teeth- so its pretty obvious I redrew a lot of it as I inked. Not that he was a bad artist or anything, he had some talent, he just wasn't interested in developing it.I obviously didn't know how to ink yet. *L* Oh well. This was drawn in 1993, so I don't much care about any errors or anything, but critique as you see fit. I don't mind.
I used one of those brush markers to ink this.

So awesome...Venom's been my fave villain since I was a kid. I'm really excited to see the new movie.
I was always really fascinated by the symbiote, and I love how you drew this picture with it starting to cover his face. It reminds you that the symbiote is also a live that's using his body.
Definitely faving this, keep up the good work!

I adooores this! Heeheee..honestly, Venom is one of the coolest characters created, at least visually. I also loved it when Spidy had the symbiote costume...that was the best spidey costume ever! I gotta admit, though, I don't know much about this story arc. I guess the most I know is from the old SNES game "Spiderman/Venom: Separation Anxiety" and I'm pretty sure that wasn't really from the comic book (I mean, Captain America coming to your aid when you did a special move? O_o )... I love this pic!

You drew Eddie Brock as VENOM, okay I will stop eating candy and bow and not stop til you tell me too. I have never tired to draw VENOM in fear of making him look bad. You have pulled off a GREAT one, that is so sick how you made the symobite move around Eddies head, DAMN good job!

sometimes I miss the old storeyline that eventually spawned the likes of Venom and Carnage. Hard to believe that was nearly 20 years ago, when Spidey received the symbiote and then eventually discarded it. Darn that makes me feel old LOL.

well all I know is I think I must have been about 4th grade, which was 83/84 when the simbiote was introduced... and if I remember it took a while for the whole storyline to unfold and took a while before it got ahold of Brock.
