Fair Warning - NOT My Original Art, But A Gift From SOMEONE Else!!!

Now with that out of the way...

alias Matt Frank, is an awesome fellow, whom I've known for a long while, if only through long distance correspondence. And it's equally awesome to know a very nice fellow, whose made it within the comic industry. And doing official entries for subjects that Matt's loves, such as Kaiju and Transformers.

By the laws of modern humanity, I should be envious, and murderously so, like some of the jerks who frequent my local comic shop.

Again, Matt's a great guy. And it's far more satisfying seeing good people that you do know succeed, than the typical 'squeaky wheel jerks' who've literally pushed, back-stabbed, and 'sucked up' their ways to the top.

But than again...There was that up and coming corpse that Matt had me help him bury in a Pasadena swamp, during Power Morphicon 2014...

Oh wells! Nothing at all suspicious about that!

Before becoming a major player in IDW Publishing's Godzilla comics, Matt did some art gifts for me, featuring his renditions of some of my original Kaiju creations.

Above is his sketch for Talos; the legendary (at least in my feeble mind) bronze guardian of Crete, from the tale of "Jason and the Argonauts". Along with his partial sketches for the sadistic acid-spewing monster Ajatar.
