Marty is a musician living on the west coast of America. We were on the way back from the big box store, Ontario, where I took the photos of the three children playing, a journalism exercise called saturation.

You may have noticed the hat he is wearing. He made it out of lizard skin and was very proud of his accomplishment. In those days, the '70s, cigarettes were still common and approved of in the general population. Besides in your pockets one of the alternative ways of carrying them was behind the ear, or placed on the neck of your guitar by the tuning keys, as you performed on stage. He did both.
