i was excited for IBO since i thought the small mech/tank mobile workers would actually have a predominant spot in the anime and change the battlefield dynamics of gundam, but i was severely disappointed where they was barely an hour of MW in the 1st season. so this is my respect for the humble mobile worker, the most unique mech in the gundam franchise.

Mobile worker advanced (MWA)

-is a heavier version of the mobile worker (MWA are about 10tons compared to the average 4tons of mobile workers). its twice the size of a MW and has a humanoid upper half complete with arms. despite their size their larger engines allow the MWA to be faster then the average MW.

-the common weapons loadout of the MWA is anti armor weapons designed to take out mobile suits. the armor piercing bazooka launches massive rounds, with slightly better penetration then the average mobile suit machine-gun. the other loadout is a hardened spear, that with the combined mass and speed of a charging MWA can pierce mobile suit armor.

-the proliferation of MWA made a unique combat doctrine for militaries and mercenaries alike. massed MWA formations are used to counter mobile suits, and in turn the market for normal mobile workers grew as basic armed MWs are a good counter to the new MWAs.

theres also a resize in this pick of the mobile suits of IBO. i found out that these suits are approximately 30-40 tons each (not counting the gundams), so the MWA with Spear charging the Graze (30tons) are to my new scale along with soldiers to scale at their feet (all located at top right conrer). i personally prefer smaller mechs in general and so i just resized the mech closer to what i would think they would be sized based on what seems more natural to me.
