I actually punched myself in the face hard enough to give myself a bloody lip this past Saturday ....
I involved an archery release that I paid only 9 dollars for that could not hold the weight of my bow and let go causing my fist to get acquainted with my mouth in ways that were none too pleasant ... after said incident I went back to my 40 dollar release ...

Of course I generally don't do anything that involves projectile weapons. Just me at darts is bad enough. Somehow I manage to hit everything BUT the dart board.
