This was an idea I had for a while and was prompted to create it for a contest is holding, but I hadn't completed it in time.
Featured are all the super form characters
Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Shadow, Silver, and Blaze.
They are at the Master Emerald shrine on Angel Island watching the sun set.

He's the most used super form. He's the main character. He uses the chaos emerald's power, which is controlled by the M.E, the most. So yes, it is 'some bs like that' xD

Agreed, they've had plenty of opportunities to go super again themselves, however they end up leaving it up to Sonic.

They should make a game where you have the opportunity to play as every super. Possibly by doing a player system. Player 1 is Sonic, Player 2 may be whoever, and so on. That way Sonic saves the day regardless, and the aid of other supers is optional.
