This has been in the making for so long!
Inspired by Elizabeth I of England's coronation portrait.
There was also a big thing about lady knights with real armour a few months ago on Tumblr, which made me want to draw armour badly. So there! Elizabethan lady knight in parade armour! Here you go!

I love the way you showed the light on her face and armor, colors are also beautiful. Could you tell me if you use any masking liquid to cover different elements when you're painting the background?

I used frisket mask to mask the character and the flourishes on the edges while I painted to purple background (not masking fluid, which I don't like, though)!
