Numbering for this is way off but whatever, let's run with this. Been pchatting more than oekaki'ing lately, just here and there; I've got more already sitting in my folder, but I'll wait 'till they accumulate for another doodledump. c:Paintings and sketchlings, yeah! I think this chicka of mine is just gonna be called Sweet. She's a cutie-pie.

I think perhaps the passage of time has warped your view of your art.

I-I'm pretty sure the passage of time is getting pretty warped for me... >_> I-I like things done... about a week ago, maybe??? After that though a lot of it tends to get dulled in my opinion... it's a pretty vicious cycle! D8
And yet at the same time, I get really frustrated with not progressing fast enough/learning more fast enough... 8(

Yeah, you're probably right about that, I just... I'm torn between wanting to complain and being worried I'll annoy people by complaining. That, and... in real life, I have a really bad tendency to bottle up everything and become kinda passive-aggressive... still not sure how to solve this problem yet... >_>;;

To be honest there are people who will probably be annoyed...but that's not your problem. It's theirs. You just need to find some avenues that you feel safe opening up in. Bottling things up can cause problems. It can make you depressed and anxious, so if you can open up you should.
You can always send me a note or something if there's stuff you want to get off your chest. I won't get annoyed.

Well I wouldn't say that Gurren Lagann was one of my favorites, but it was a very well-done and fun anime to watch.
If I were to suggest anything it'd probably be FLCL, that's one great anime. xD

Yep! FLCL, aka fooly cooly. It's real short--6 episodes, and a totally crazy yet still amazingly powerful and emotional series. Check it out, it's got insanely good animation! c:
(I like shorter series too, they're just... much more enjoyable, with more effort put into every episode and more relevant pacing, etc. <3)
