I intend to get into this series eventually, but I already have so many other books on my shelf I need to read or finish reading.

It's a great read & each time through, you pick up things you missed the first time.

It's chaotic enough a scene... then I realized the resolution. Those are pixels! Holy moly!
I've been getting back into reading this series again. Great work!

Thanks! It took quite a while & has been revised several times, since I'm never quite happy with this & that.
You're right, it does fill a screen when downloaded. I wanted Walker & Savoie together, but that opened up the background quite a bit for the rest of the action.

I think some work could be done to work with how you made the ships, like the fact the battleship's hull is way too large in proportion to everything else in relation to the ship, and Walker looks like it's a fraction of it's real size based on how far it is away. I'd say you just need to work on scaling them a little better
Otherwise the picture itself isn't too bad considering you normally don't post stuff like this.

I made the BB bigger since it's in the foreground & Walker smaller since she's probably about a mile or two away & to one side.
I tried to taper the BB's hull towards the stern to show the bow was in our face & give some depth to it.
That said, yeah, I don't do this stuff enough to be good at scaling & perspective.
