How do you hold it, like a handgun?

One on the pistol grip, supporting hand on the LAM/flashlight.

Very nice looking design, it inspires me for an Assault Rifle I've been wanting to make for a while now. Small critique (might be very wrong with it because of the picture's perspective.) The pistol grip seems to hang over the magazine a bit, if it were a bit straighter, it'd allow for "twin" tubular magazines to be loaded and increase the capacity drastically, especially as a PDW variant for vehicle crews.

Thanks

Minor overhang at the base. When you hit the release catch the magazine will hit that bit of grip and knock it into a vertical drop, as opposed to the mag dropping flat, so it clears a little faster. Also, when you reload, you push the nose of the mag in first then rock the back part in. Avoiding the grip makes sure you go in at the appropriate angle.

I didn't think it'd get much in the way for standard loading/reloading, but it'd hinder the possibility for extended magazines.

awesome. the design is pretty nice, the tubular magazine (i suppose it might be a PP-19 like helical magazine?) looks good on the submachinegun, and as always the bullpup design adds more badassery to it.

Helical, yep. Wanted to do a helical mag on an SMG for a while, but could never get it to look right. Was either mounted underbarrel like the Bizon, or served as the stock.

i'll take one with a holographic sight, and replace the standard rounds with what is known as "plasma rounds"

not actually plasma mind you, just something that will allow a relatively low-caliber weapon (say, a .45 magnum) screw up something like a Humvee. the bullet is hollowed out and has a small tungsten needle in the middle with a charge behind it. it is held in place by what is basically silver solder for welding. when the bullet strikes the target the secondary charge is fired and the tungsten nedle is pushed forward through whatever you hit, and the solder liquifies and follows the needle through the hole it makes. the solder almost immediately solidifies after it makes it through the hole, and then proceeds to bounce around all the hell over the place like the little metal balls of death they are.

Ah, a bit like the copper cone penetrator of an RPG. Nice.

except applied to small arms. with a steady hand you can convert a standard bullet into a plasma round on your own. fired a 45 into a lead-lined refrigerator once, the bullet dint make it past the door but the needle went straight through, and the inside was torn all the hell up from the solder bbs

Might find something to mod into it.
