Happy 2017, folks!

After another weekend of celebratory madness with the family and a bit of rest, I'm back in the saddle and gearing up to make this new year an even better one than the last (which won't be too hard).

I thought it would be fun to post another tribute I made to that fabulous series that was Westworld, as the phrase delivered here by Dr. Ford fits my going back into business as of today with lots of projects, commissions and various endeavors. Also, I think this image shows a bit of the evolution I saw on my artwork for the past year; my likenesses are something I was never too good at and can now happily say they've improved a lot. I have also paid more attention and will continue to do so, to film and other visual mediums to enrich my framing and storytelling. In this particular piece, I like the fact that we're put into one of the artificial hosts' position, which takes the viewer into the image's composition. I'll hopefully be able to work more on that aspect of my illustrations too.

So, here's to an amazing year to us all and I'll see you here keeping up with my daily dose of artwork for those willing to take a minute to watch it
