Interesting to see you working for HiTech. I'm not a huge fan of their enormous armoured warriors - lovely sculpting, but not an aesthetic I really dig, so it's purely a personal thing - but I can see these designs being considerably less subjective in their appeal.
The pointy bits on the shoulders of the guy on the right: are those attached to his shoulders or to a concealed backpack? The former would seem a bit wacky.
And is it my imagination, or does the design on the helmet of the guy on the left bear a strong resemblance to a product from another boutique manufacturer aiming at the GW after-sales market?

Thank for your comment.
I like their aesthetic - actually I like very much armour with a high-level detalisation. They also have nice winged guys.
Those things on the monk's shoulders are analazyres, connected with a monk's chest which is mechanical through cables. There are special openings in the monk's felt cloak like cloth.
Left guy was inspired by clothes which monks of the Orthodox Church wear. The helmet in his hands is a mix of a German Pickelhaube, some eastern helmets and helmets of Polish winged husars.
