Grosvenor was born in Washington state to their parents Ike and Amélie. The two were a young couple who were happily married and loved their child immensely. When Grosvenor was 2 years old they were left with Ike's mother in Endswell for a weekend. Ike and Amélie died in a car crash that rainy night. So it was then Joan took to raising the now orphaned baby.

Grosvenor grew up in a loving home. Granny Jo was strong and thoughtful. She took care of Grosvenor as best she could, but raising them wasn't easy. They were, as their parents used to call "a real spitfire." They were argumentative and proud. They didn't like rules and preferred to go their own way. Having already raised one child, Joan was tired. She neglected to reprimand Grosvenor where she should have and instead simply let them do what they wanted as they got older. She became a little distant. Not really caring what Grosvenor got into as long as they didn't cause too much trouble, or didn't end up hurt.

This came as a kind of blessing. Grosvenor was free to do what they pleased. They took advantage of the freedom in this small town, coming home only when they needed to. But most of their time was spent exploring the forests around Endswell. They had a bright and colorful imagination and a firm belief in faeries and magic. They go hunting for faeries often with their friendly companion, Daisy. They'll often invite others on their hunts for fae, but it is usually just to show people the cool things they've found.

~ Grosvenor hates wearing shoes. If they must its going to be sandals. They tend to walk everywhere bare foot.
~ Incredibly good at starting fires with a magnifying glass. "Essential for hunting the fae." They say.
